Hello everyone, if you follow me on Twitter you'll know that i'm in Manchester for a couple of weeks. I have interviews in Nottingham, so after all that i'll be well travelled, going backwards and forwards. Anyway this might not be very interesting for you to read so i'll talk about other stuff that's happening.
Having lived in France for 8 years of my life i haven't really been subjected to this much rain. I went to the shops to buy some apples (this reminds me of that game i used to play in school, "i went to the supermarket and i bought...." did you play that?) it was nice and warm when i left the flat, little did i know it was going to change pretty drastically. Anyway i was walking back and suddenly out of no-where came this massive friggin' black cloud, i was like WHAAAAAT where the hell did that come from. Before i could even finish my sentence boom i got hit by hailstones the size of bloody golf balls. Some of you might be used to this kind of torture, not i.... I ran back as quick as i could, but it was too late. By the time i got home i looked like a drowned rat. It looked like i' been sitting in a bath for the past 20 minutes. It looked like i'd had a bucket full of water thrown over me... Do you understand?? That's how wet i was. My trousers were stuck to my legs! I could not peel them off. I had to wait for them to dry so that i could take them off. I'm telling you all, never again will i go outside without an umbrella, especially in Manchester.
Thanks for reading my rant, i feel so much better getting that of my chest (which is no longer wet, thanks for asking) I love you all dearly.
Nadia xxx
